The Concession
New Festac Property Development Company Limited has secured a concession from the Federal Housing authority (FHA) on behalf of the Federal Government to sand fill and develop the Festac Phase II land into a world class housing estate with huge positive impact on the Nigerian Economy. The Festac Phase II is to be located beside the Festac Phase I on a Land area of approximately 1,126 hectares in Ado Town.

New Festac Property Development Company Limited has emerged as the preferred concessionaire in the bid to develop the Festac phase II project and thereafter manage the estate on a build, operate and transfer (BOT) concession for an agreed period of 30years (thirty) after which the ownership of the estate shall revert back to the Federal Housing Authority (FHA). This concession will see new properties uprising in the proposed location, of over a thousand hectares of land, which will consist of:
- Generic Town Houses
- Tastefully Designed Luxury Villas
- Block of Flats
- High Rise Apartments
- Commercial Buildings
- Light Industrial Buildings
