New Festac Property Development Company Limited has secured a concession from the Federal Housing authority (FHA) on behalf of the Federal Government to sand fill and develop the Festac Phase II land into a world class housing estate with huge positive impact on the Nigerian Economy. The Festac Phase II is to be located beside the Festac Phase I on a Land area of approximately 1,126 hectares in Ado Town.
